Warranty/Repairs

We are pleased to announce that the following colleagues will undertake warranty and pre owned repair work from pre 2008 production and warranty and pre owned work on new production from post 2009 ACE production. Warranty work is only the liability of ACE Trains if no attempt to dismantle components other than mech removal in strict accordance with the instructions. The warranty only applies to the original owner. Financial arrangements must be made for other work by the owner.

Items for repair can be left by prior arrangement at the various shows. Any item purchased from an ACE retailer should initially be notified to the dealer who may agree to a means of delivery other than returning it his premises.
